First period

Hi,

Have not been on line for a while as back to work and sooo busy. It is 4 and a half weeks since my D & C for a missed miscarriage, we had sex for the first time on Sat night and I started to bleed on sunday night lightly still bleeding through MOnday and got heavy and crampy for a few hours today now only spotting again.

I was wondering if anyone thought this was my first period or due to Sat (oops).

My periods are usually very light and it would have been due now.

What have others experineced?

hey hun.... i bled for just over 2 weeks when i had my ERPC... and i got my af 5 and a half weeks after ERPC. It was normal pain wise etc but had bits in it (sorry if tmi)

Your bleeding may just be from bding? SOrry im not much help!

ive had two miscarriges and with the first one i had very little bleeding and with my last one ive had some irregular bleeding and some spotting - my last period last just three days, thats unheard of for me so try not to worry.

I'm sorry I'm not much help, had my ERPC on 16th May and I bled for over 2 weeks so I am waiting for my first period too. I hope it come soon and I hope yours settle down soon hun xxx

Hi i had an erpc on 30.3.08 following missed miscarriage. my 1st AF arrived 23 days later and lasted 7 days and was heavy. I have noticed that my cycle is now a week earlier than before and a lot heavier than before. I'm not sure if this is normal or not.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but try not to worry - that's the advice i keep on getting, your body is trying to get back to normal.
