First response immediate 2nd line but white??

Im around 10dpo, took a superdrug normal test which was negative although there seemed to be a shadow catching my eye but maybe an evap. So i took a FRER and as soon as the wee went across the screen this bright white line came up where the positive would be? Now i know its not positive but is it a faulty test? It was so weird and dissapeared after 5 mins or so.

It isn't faulty, it's just your urine highlighting the line where it would be positive momentarily. They usually do this and if it's negative then it disappears once the strip has settled

I don't see anything on the FRER, unsure on the SD but I don't see colour on it so it's probably a shadow or evap. Perhaps retest tomorrow?

That's happened to me as my urine traveled across the test. It only lasted for a second though. I can't see it in the first pic?

I get it on most frers. Sadly meant nothing

Sophie1234, do you mind me asking did it turn out to be a BFP? Currently looking at a frer with the same white line. not sure what to think!

That's pretty normal for a FRER it's just the test line showing up.

I see maybe an indent on the frer but nothing on the cheapie x
