First time and I need some advice ?

Hello, I was wondering weather someone could give me some advice about what to do or think?
I Havnt had a period since the 9th or August-I was due on the 7th but still Havnt come on ? Me and my partner have had unprotected sex a fair few times but we have done 3 tests and got bfn it's really hard because o don't what to do now ?
I have really bad cramps and am getting really tiered
Any advice?

Best thing to do is probably set up a doctor's appointment they can run blood tests and help figure out what's wrong, especially as you've been getting negatives and are so late with af!
