First time using opks.. please help!

This is my first opk and I'm pretty sure this means I'm about to ovulate.. but when? Ive cramped all week but now I'm not cramping at all. What day do I consider 1dpo? I'm on cd 19 now so when would my period be due? I usually go anywhere from 29-40 days, average around 30 though. Please help...

Help! Two days later and its a lot darker now but I don't have ewcm anymore, its back to creamy. I had major cramps last night and I for sure thought I was ovulating and used my last o test today to confirm it.. (assuming it'd be lighter)..
