First time

Well Noah wouldn't settle after his first feed this morning so ended up in bed with me at 5am, its the first time i've done this, I dozed but I was aware so dont think I was fully asleep. I dont plan to co sleep but if I do on the odd occasion as anyone got some easy tips and advice I should be following?

When you co sleep you always have that 'aware' feeling its an odd thing but i think its just what happens for mummies...

i just made sure that she wasnt going to get stuck anywhere or head under anything and that if she did roll off there were pillows on the floor but was really just precaution
