Fitted sheet for Quinny Dreami carrycot?

Hi ladies,

Just wondering if any of those of you in the UK have the Quinny Dreami carrycot and if so, where you've managed to get fitted sheets to fit it from. We have got this as a top bit for our pram and I'd like to be able to put a fitted sheet in it as this will be easier to clean if little one is sick or something, but I can't find any that are the correct size! I could get something that's a bit bigger, but not sure if that would work?

Have you tried a fitted moses basket/crib sheet? That is the only thing I can think of really.

If not you may need to try a flat sheet and just tuck it in xxx

What size is the mattress? I've been looking for fitted sheets for a M&P Sola carrycot & find that the moses / pram / carrycot fitted sheets have variations in sizes. Haven't bought any yet, but have also been wondering how far they'll stretch if a little small, or if its a problem if the sheets are slightly big?? The other option I'm considering is a standard pillow case slipped over the whole mattress!!

Thanks ladies. I have been looking at measurements for moses basket fitted sheets and they seem to be of different sizes depending on where you get them from. We have some from Mamas and Papas which are fine for our moses basket but a bit small for the carrycot. I have done a bit more searching though and it looks like babysrus moses basket sheets come up a bit bigger (73cm by 35cm) so should fit. I am hoping!

Oh and the mattress for the Quinny Dreami carrycot is 73cm long and it is a sort of egg-timer shape - 28cm in the middle, tapering to 32cm at the widest point. So it is a bit of an odd shape!

A money saving tip - PILLOWCASES!!

They definitely fit the Sola carrycot (which is what I have) and I got some ace spotty ones in a 2 pack for £3 from asda and fit perfectly and I fold the edges under the mattress
