Has anyone used one of these? The tanning salon up the road from me has just bought one, it apparently can make you drop a dress size in 3 weeks?

Never heard of it, but you can lose a dress size in two weeks(depending on BMI) just by exercising for 30mins a day and eating healthy

....just had a look and seen that it's a vibration plate. They can help, but you also need to be exericising for it to work properly and use the vibration plate as part of your whole workout routine.

I use a vibrogym 3 times a week, I was told it doesn't make you gain muscle it just tones what you've got already
