My stomach is very sensitive & I'm worried about taking prenatals. Are Flintstones really a safe substitute? If so, which ones & how many?
The sour ones look so good! Although I think that's just because I've been craving anything sour..
I was at the store the other day reading the labels of both the gummies & regulars. Regular has 400mcg of Folic Acid while the gummies have 200mcg. I read you're supposed to have a minimum of 600mcg of FA but I don't want to take 2 of the regulars & end up OD'ing on the other vitamins that are in there!! (Wait... is that even possible?! Lol!)
I use to take VitaFusion Prenatal Gummies--at least I think thats the name. I've gotten them from Target and Walgreens. I took them to my dr appt on Tuesday and he said they were fine. The only thing is they don't have any iron. None of the gummy prenatals did that I saw. I need iron and can't swallow pills, so I changed to Belly Bar Chewable Prenatals. They have everything and doc said those are good too.

Try taking VitaFusion Gummies. They are sweet flavored gummies and work great with me, as I have a sensitive tum as well. You just might want to take an additional calcium and iron pill everyday if you do not get enough of either through your diet![]()
