Hiya

Okay so since lo was born we have tried Pampers which are actual crap, huggies newborn once which were fab (used sizes 1, 2 & 3) and asda little angels which are great also! Well went to asda baby event on sunday and got 2 boxes of Huggies super dry. Well what a load of crap!! I am so so disappointed but cant afford to ave wasted £14 on nappies! They leak like there is no tomorrow! And they are meant for up to 12 hours well I change lo every 4-6 hours (less if she has pooped) and they leak even after that long!! I really love the other huggies and asdas little angels but I have now spent £14 on these so have to use them :( She has only been in number 3's a couple of weeks and they fit her great so sizing isnt an issue. I guess they wouldnt exchange just one box would they cause along a box costs £11.96!!

Rant over just feel so gutted that lo is gonna be leaking all month!!
Feel to complain to Huggies!!!
xx

Write to them and tell them about it, Ive heard so many complaints about Huggies

boots gave me the money back for one box o pampers after i called to complaint hey leaked. i had used some from the other pack but gave me a refund for the full box and i didnt even return them! i had bought online and called their customer service, if they leak then i would call and complain. i'm having same prob with huggies at mo. mil bought some and they say 12 hour guarantee but he is always soaked through in the morning after just 11 hours!

I hate huggies, they've always leaked for us. Shame coz we have 4 boxes that were brought for us. I've never had a problem with pampers and didn't think much of little angels but I do think tescos own are quite good.

I absolutely detest huggies, all they ever did was leak! Have since switched to asda's little angels and they're fab.
Personally I'd complain, you never know you might get your money back!

I use huggies super dry and love them!!! We found they where the only nappies that dont leak and hold lo's poo

If LO goes 12 hrs at night she is soaking when I go get her in the am. Her pajamas, mattress, etc. We use snug n dry size 3. I was telling DH just this morning that I wanted to try another overnight diaper. Wasn't sure what to get, though...

I assume you have one box that isn't opened? Just take the back....and accept you might have to take a hit on the other box. You could always try though.
They have to take back an item that is unopened, its policy in a supermarket....just like if you brought a jar of mayonaise. Dont worry if you dont have the reciept just take the card you paid with.

This is why I don't buy brand name nappies.

I know its not the answer you probably wanted, but these things happen hun!

Loathe Huggies, love Pampers. Every Huggies nappy we have used leaked, and we have had some poop explosions and Pampers hang on in there doing their job!

I use pampers or morrisons own brand, I find that its the sizing that differs baby to baby I bought size 3 and size 4 pampers the 3s l

I used to love Huggies when LO was in size 3's 4s and 4+ - I found the material they are produced out of nicer than Pampers, when Pampers are damp they just go really soggy and hangy down, LO got a bit of nappy rash when we tried them, all the jelly stuff inside falls out yuck!!

The Huggues 4+ is a bit tight round her waist now so we went up to 5's.
Whilst the waist band fits better, sadly they are humungously large underneath and she waddles round with all this excess nappy between her legs. Found that own brand Tescos nappies are actually better now - The only thing they lack is the bit of elastic at the back.
I guess all babies are of a differnt size at the end of the day so you have to find the brand thats right for you.

I use pampers or morrisons own brand, I find that its the sizing that differs baby to baby I bought size 3 and size 4 pampers the 3s leaked but the 4s didn't I then bought 3 and 4s in Morrison brand and the 3s fit fine no leaks but the 4s leaked so I think sometimes it isn't the brand but what size fits them better instead the packet size

I hate Huggies too, every size we've tried have leaked

I don't get it. Do they make different huggies in the UK or something because I use them and my brother uses them for his babies and friend uses them as well and none of us have ever had any problems. I have only had one blowout and no diaper in the world could have held that mess in, and one leak because hubby failed to put diaper on properly. Very odd.

I normally love huggies but its the super dry are rubbish. Cant stand pampers nothung but issues with thm but may need to try diff ones. Lovin little angels! The nappies fit her great its just they leak. Lol. I will use them up and not get the same again! I will have to try changing her every 2 hours. If i got a refund not sure what they would refund half of the 14 or would they charge me normal price for one box so i would only get 2 pound back! Lol. Xx

Yeah I'm not a big fan of huggies, I find they leak loads. I've got some to use up but I'm making sure he doesn't wear the same one for more than 2 hours or he leaks. When he has worn them twice overnight he's woken up next morning soaked through. Never really had a problem with pampers, baby dry are great in the night :D

I agree with Tanikins. Huggies work a treat for us, especially in comparison to Pampers. I assume the fit is different for every baby but I can't fault the Superdrys. I would take them back if you're not happy. X

Hi. I don't like the super dry ones much. I do however love the natural fit ones. I'm using size 4's at the moment. I struggle to find them in the supermarket but you can buy them on amazon 64 for £7. They are very much like the Huggies Newborn ones they do in size 1,2 & 3.

Huggies superdry did not last 12 hours with my daughter either - I wrote and complained too!

They sent my £17 huggies vouchers!! I have just recently used the vouchers for huggies newborn nappies which are fine for my son.

Morrisons have a better deal than Asda at the moment - pampers baby dry packs of 70/80 £5.99. I think those are the best nappies too:flower:

I found that huggies leaked on both my boys and it was so annoying! Pampers & Asda's little angels all the way:) x
