flying at 13weeks?

Hi guys,
I had heavy bleeding plus passed 3big cloths at 10 plus 2. I had a ultrasound and to our amazement baba was in there waving back at us. I was told to go home rest and wait 4 bleeding to stop. I am feeling good and have had no further bleed to date. Consultant said it was likely from where the baby embedded and was likely part of the placenta that came away?? I am so confused?

My hub and I are due to fly at 13weeks (2 1/2 hr flight)and wondered is there anyone else that has went thru something similar?

Sorry not me personally. However friend had a bleed at around 10 weeks and went to hospital but still flew similar journey 3 weeks later. I think all you can do is get advice from your consultant/midwife and do what you feel comfortable with.

Flying in pregnancy poses no risks, I flew at 8 weeks and researched before we went!

Im sure it poses no real risk, but I wouldnt fly. I was supposed to go to a few places over summer but havent done due to not wanting to fly x
