FOB blood group matter?

Not sure if I'm posting this under right forum...

I know that you have to have injections if your a negative blood group right?? But what about if your positive and th FOBs a negative group??? Do you have to have the anti d injections or doesn't it matter??

Anyone know??!! I'm a bit confused!! lol
 
It's only mum's and baby's blood groups that matter. If you are Rh+ then there is no concern and no need for any injections.

The concern is that if you are Rh- and baby is Rh+, then if your bloods mix, you would start to create anti-bodies that would then attack the blood of any future Rh+ babies that you may carry.
