FOB can't fathom that my kid needs a routine!

My kid is going to legoland with his dad and girlfriend number 154 and is staying at her house with her kids tonight as it's closer.

It can take 3-6 hrs to get to Guildford from mine, I let FOB pick him up at 4.30 (he wanted him at 2 meaning I wouldn't see him all w/end). Now I get a text at half 9 saying they're just leaving now!??

My son's bedtime is 8.30, 9 o'clock max even at a weekend, we have to get up at 6.30am every day during the week. I text FOB and told him this, and he can't see how him keeping my son up til midnight will have any knock on effect at all. I know fully well them slobs will want to sleep in til 11am whether Charlie likes it or not

This is the second time he's done this. Last time he was up til 3am playing with her kids, then his car conveniently broke down so he tried to keep him 3 extra days but I spent the 6hrs driving to pick him up,.

It just infuriates me, if I turn round and say never again for weekends he'll threaten court again (yawn). He can get legal aid cos he's on the dole. Muggins here works to pay for his kid as he doesn't pay a penny.

I really don't need this stress right now

and even tho hes on the dole u shud get hold of csa because they will take maintenance out of his payments! think its like £20 a week when on the dole.

I thought it was like £5 a week, wow £20! That'll fuck him up nicely lol. I really need to pull my finger out and call that CSA honestly.

my mum waste of space bf went on jobseekers when he lost his job and was made to pay £20 a week, it was reduced to £5 when he was put on disability.

definatly call csa and find out for certain what it is..even if it is only £5 least ur getting something, not that £5 gets f all these days

Never been in here before but when my dad moved out he was paying 30 a week for 3 kids then he went on to have more kids with his oh so by the time my mum had got on to csa those two childern got 25% of his wages after they had worked out his out goings so it left mum with like £6 per kid.

so anyway i'd get onto csa befor he starts having more kid's or you will just get left in the shit hun....btw he is totaly out of order.
