FOB won't give me back 4D scan pictures.

FOB and I broke up around the time we had our 4D scan which was about a monthish ago. I told him that he could take the images from the scan as his parents were going to come but felt too embrassed that FOB cheated on me to see my family and I and also the baby. Which is why I did the nice thing. I asked for the images back a week later and he said that he had sent them off to his uncle and aunt in Italy to see them and he didn't think I would mind. I didn't mind too much as all his family live out there and I get on with them really well so I let it pass. Just before I went to Spain I found out that he was seeing the girl he cheated on me with which sent my head into a spin and I decided then to cut him out of things apart from the birth. So I went to Spain and I didn't tell him. I didn't really want him to know as I knew he would be angry. So somehow he found out. Not too sure how but he did and when I called him just now to ask him if I can have the scan pictures back he had a MASSIVE go at me. I had a go back and to cut a long story short he told me that I can't have the scan pictures back. Arrrggghhhhhh. Why are men so annoying?!

Can't you call the place you had the scan done and see if they have the pics saved somewhere - then all you would have to pay for was to have them put on a disk and any additional copies. I'm sure there must be some sort of period they archive the pics for. I might be wrong but it's worth a try. x

Go to police with it or a solicitor , it's your child too so you both have rights to the pictures
