I had scrambled eggs and a plain bagel with butter for breakfast. just had an apple juice.
 
1 cup of coffee
chicken biscuit

taco bell-2 burritos

Today is eat like crap day!
 
Krave cereal
1 apple
2 slices of brown bread with butter
Chilli con carne with nachos and rice for dinner.
1 glass of coke
That's all so far!

What haven't I eaten today?

- multigrain cheerios with skim milk
- far too many arrowroot cookies *oops!!*
- black tea with milk and sugar *total cheat*
- homemade cashew and garlic hoisin chicken stirfry with jasmine rice
- 2 chocolate cookies
- san pellegrino aranciata
- water
- ... and I'm still not done!!

The ONLY time I have relief from my reflux is when I am eating... :(
 
Well today, I have baked! So I have eaten around 4-5 cakes already "with icing of course"
Cheese toasties soon

a slice of Jamaican ginger cake
an apple

its 12pm here so going to do me and dd some lunch, im feeling lie a ham and cheese toastie and cup of tea :)
 
Half a fish finger sandwich and a biscuit - not very healthy!
 
I am vowing to eat healthy today. I have my glucose test tomorrow and need to be on my best behavior.
