I have to add two rice puddings an a slice of Christmas cake with cheese.

Boiled egg, avocado, cherry tomatoes, blueberries

Half banana
Satsuma x3

Dinner
Fried bacon, potatoe and spinach, 1 egg

Snacks tonight is fruits and liquorice
 
Be careful with liquorice Isobel it can cause high blood pressure and uterine contractions. X

3 pints of vimpto!

Small snack bag of Cadbury buttons and a crunchie

Not so healthy for me so far!
 
I love vimto! I get through bucket loads f the stuff :D
 
it is 4pm here and so far I have only had a couple of biscuits and half a bowl of noodles, currently at OH' s parents and they are making lasagne :) I've had a few glasses of diet coke too x

Ha ha ha...I just saw this thread.

I am in the hospital, but they have "room service" here, so you choose what you like and call, then they bring it up within the hour. Today I had.....

Breakfast ~ A pepper and onion omelet and a plain bagel with butter and a small fruit cup (it had 2 peeled orange slices and a light yellow cubed fruit that I could not identify, but ate. It was good)

Lunch ~ Egg Salad on Rye and the LARGE Fresh Fruit Plate (oranges, honeydew and cantaloupe, pineapple).

Dinner ~ Veggie burger with lettuce and mayo and ketchup on a kaiser roll with broccoli florets (I am happy to report the broccoli florets actually contained florets this time!!! lol. The other day they were 100% broccoli STUMPS.

Dessert ~ Chocolate brownie.

I've been struggling to be well-behaved lately. ;) Today's menu consisted of the following:

1) Multi-grain Cheerios with skim milk
2) CLIF Builders Protein Bar
3) 1/2 an aloe juice
4) Apple
5) Ice water
6) Chicken souvlaki with rice, potatoes, Greek salad and tzatziki
7) Taro bubble tea
8) More water
9) Several chocolates :)
 
I want "several chocolates"!!!!! There is 1/2 a Hershey Bar in the glove box of my car and I want it BAD. Ha ha ha. Too bad my car is an hour away. Lol.

So far today I had one pancake, two eggs, scrambled, a fruit cup (Today it had grapes, oranges melon and pineapple) and a real coffee. OMG I LOVE COFFEE!!!!! (Been a while).

Breakfast: two small pieces of cinnamon toast, banana, Greek yogurt

Lunch: star crunch, chocolate cake
Dinner: beef stew, rolls

Snack: handful of chips

And water to drink. But I think I might have a coke soon. Hmmm
