...so should I start worrying now?! :nope:

my LO was BLW since 6 months and doing really well, eating small amounts but almost everything. He then started having 3 meals a day and would eat lots one day and nothing for 2 days, but I never worried. Now he mainly eats bread, cous-cous, and smoothies :dohh: and I can hardly get one proper meal out of him...
He has plenty of BM so I am not overly concerned, but should I??

Can't remember where I read it (think it was one of the NHS weaning resources) but at 1 year 50% of nutrition is milk, 50% food. So one year is when food overtakes milk as main source, food is no longer just for fun but it doesn't mean they need to get all their nutrition from food. So you can worry a little but you still don't need to panic!

Maybe offer less bread, couscous and smoothies to see if he will eat more of other things?
