HELP.... I think my LO is developing a rash. It likes more like tiny pimples everywhere, they're not clustered all together. So, I'm wondering if it's a heat rash? He doesn't have a fever and seems perfectly fine.
Has anyone's LO develop a rash after introducing a new food? What did the rash look like?

ADD - Also, you have to look pretty closely to see them! I have no idea what it is, it could be from my sister and mom kissing him all the time, or I think my mom wiped his face with the wrong wipes...

Sounds like heat rash but heat rash goes away rather quickly.
Try hydocortisone to make them go away, usually works x (although I am not a physian...)

Little pimples as in white heads or little pimples as in little red pinpoint dots?my sons heat rash is little tiny red pin points all over his body.face and all.my own food allergy rash is excema and has dry bits.it sounds like a heat rash

I probably wouldn't put cortisone cream on a heat rash if it's not bothering bub and is minor.it should go away after a bath and a cool down.often heat rashes spread all over the body and you certainly wouldn't want to be putting cortisone cream everywhere.its steroid cream.x
