Heres a list of foods we can switch out for other, healthier foods. Feel free to add to the list!

Unhealthy Food_____Healthy Food
Ice cream____________Yogurt, Jello
Chocolate bar_________Granola bar, Cereal bar
Cupcake______________Muffin, Fresh fruit (apples, oranges, etc.)
Vegetable Oil__________Olive Oil
Cookies_______________Fig bars
 
Ild swap any pudding for sugar free jelly
any fizzy pop for the diet version
bread swap to crisp breads/melba toast/riveta

when it comes to chocolate i would rather have a tiny bit of the real thing than have a cereal bar :)
 
Iv swapped pasta and rice for cous cous as its lower in calories (only a little with some brands but every little helps!)
 
Swap rice for Quinoa (pronounced Keenwa) - its a protein instead of a carb

Well i use half rice and half quinoa at moment
