Hey ladies,

Just wanted to share a story about my SIL and her miracle pregnancy with you. I remember when I was TTC#1 I started to become disheartened with every negative test and I wanted to share this story to keep spirits up.

My SIL and her DH were TTC#1 for 4 years. They went and had all the fertility tests done and it was found along with her PCOS, he was barren and she had a few other issues. They were told they could never naturally conceive a baby. So they looked into IVF but were turned away and told that it would never ever work! Basically, they were told that she would never ever be able to physically conceive a baby by any means. She would never ever carry a child. So they applied for adoption. Unfortunately due to her being a university student, they were declined for adoption. (To clarify, she was 27, he was 28.)

They were left completely devastated. All hope of ever having a child full stop was destroyed. They gave up TTC and then 1 week after the birth of my child, my SIL began feeling unwell. On a whim they went out and bought a pregnancy test, knowing it would be negative. But to their complete surprise they got a BFP! She took about 20 tests because they couldn't believe the result. They went to the doctors but it was real. The doctors to this day don't know how she got pregnant. Medically speaking, she should not be pregnant but yet she is now 34 weeks pregnant with a little boy. We're all calling him their miracle baby.

I only thought to tell you ladies this story because despite everything, despite what the doctors tell you, don't give up hope. Never give up and don't get disheartened. It can happen! It may take time but it will happen!

Lots and lots of sticky baby dust to you all. Don't give up!
Lots of love,
Aussie x.

This is fantastic, so happy for them!!!

Thank you for sharing!
