Aliyah goes to bed at 8.30 every night.
I take her up to the bath at around 7.30 now and she will stay in there until 8.
I then play with her for a bit & then give her a bottle and put her down to sleep. Most nights she will fall asleep as she finishes her bottle.
She sleeps all different times during the day.
She doesn't sleep no longer than an hour all day though and she is SO active!
Oh and she will wake up at 7 so 8.30-7
