For all of the ladies out there who are heavy in the chest area (DD and up) who are breast feeding. What do you wear to hold the ladies down when you work out? I did a kickboxing dvd last Monday and it had a lot of jumping jacks. jump rope in place and basically a lot of jumping up and down. I wore one of my maternity bras and adjusted the straps to make the bra really tight, but once I started to work out, I thought my bra was going to snap in half. I'm about to try wearing that same bra and a tight sports bra over it to see if that helps.

I was wondering what you would suggest or what you do. Working out feels great, but the ladies are out of control and it hurts when they bounce around like that. Please help.

I wear 2 sport bras at the same time but take them off as soon as the workout is over.
