I love this thread! I do our shop monthly and try to get some bulk offers, like at the moment there's a 10kg bag of rice in our kitchen so even though we use it a lot, I won't need to buy any next month, but I do need to get a bumper pack of dry pasta.

Our meals for the rest of the month, starting tonight are
Salmon stir fry (or chicken if we're tight on cash)
Vegetable and chicken rice - delicious, egg fried recipe
Nut roast dinner
Freezer meals on Mondays because I work then. By this I mean either getting chicken and chips out the freezer, or scrabbling round all the leftover veggies and making something quick up out of the store cupboard like spag Bol if there's mushrooms leftover or sausage and mash if the potatoes look ropy
Spicy bean enchiladas
Massaman beef curry (frozen stewing steak)
Butternut squash risotto
Root veg crumble
Chicken roast dinner
Sausage and mash with apple baked beans
Stuffed peppers
Courgette and lemon pasta

I get most of my recipes from www.goodtoknow.co.uk - they have tons and you can search by quick recipes, healthy recipes, cheap recipes etc.

I made spanish chicken the other day, never had it before but it was lush. It was enough for 2 days as well :)

used this spice mix with it:
