Formula and wind advice

My baby been on aptimal now for over 3 weeks,he's had bad wind ( trumps) last couple of days,we had a bad night last night,he's always been a big trumper but not where caused discomfort like last night! If it was the milk wouldn't we have known by now?im trying the tommee tippee new bottles which r meant to help too,only started using today

I'd consider switching to comfort milk. My baby had the same problem and he's so much better on the comfort milk.

Hi,did u just switch completely or gradually?is it the cow and gate one

Just switched and had no problems, was expecting an upset tummy but he was fine.

It's thicker so you might need a teat size up.

I went from aptimil 1 to aptimil comfort. It made a massive difference! He still trumps like a trooper sometimes but it doesn't seem uncomfortable for him anymore and doesn't wake him as much

Aptamil is horrendous for wind it causes a lot of issues for babies. At 7 months I've finally taken my son off it and put him on sma and he's stopped writhing around and thrashing!
