My doppler doesn't have an lcd screen, so have to work out the heart rate myself. I thought I'd found him before. But after finding him tonight I've realised I deffo hadn't before, it was way faster.

Anyway, managed to get him for like 8 seconds. Then he moved. I wish I'd have kept the 8 seconds that I recorded because I'm sure there's a way to figure it out. (I was just gonna record for 15 second and x the beats by 4).

What a stubborn little mushy. Ah well. Happy I've deffo found him now anyway

Or you can listen for 10 seconds and times it by 6 congrats

Thanks. I'm gonna try again Thursday when I'm 10 weeks. Hopefully stick around a little longer, and not take as long to find.

What works for me is so use lots of gel and to slowly move the probe around in small circles. I can find baby right off the bat now my little ones heartbeat is usually around 170 though.

Lol mine liked to swim off on me too.. still does but SO much easier to find anyways once you know what spot you're looking in, stick to it and be patient.. they'll swim off, then come back! I call mine a little brat already he/she wouldn't dare let my MW have a listen at 10+4 for any longer than 5 seconds! x
