Freaking out over everything..

I will be 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I got pregnant this summer through IVF and ended up with a blighted ovum and m/c at 10 weeks.
We did a frozen cycle this October and we got a BFP! We are very excited but also so nervous. Yesterday at work I went to the bathroom and noticed some very light brown spotting when I wiped. I freaked out and went home. It was accompanied with period like cramping. I was sure I was starting to miscarry. I called the dr and they thought everything was ok since there was no red blood and not painful cramps. I have been resting all weekend. I had a very very light brown/tan discharge later that day. It came out with my suppository residue. ( I take vaginal suppositories 3x day).
I think everything is ok . I am still having slight cramping on and off and a lot of bloating but no spotting since then.
It freaked me out and I think this is the first of many freak outs coming my way . I just get so nervous and really want my baby to stick full term.
Anyone have anything like this?

i am to.. every twinge every cramp.. i havent had any spotting but it could be the suppository irritating your cervix. every morning i wake up rush to the bathroom and pray im not bleeding.. i hope we both can get past this.. i just want to enjoy this pregnancy and have positive thoughts but its hard to..
