Check with Baba Me about the coupon from the Bounty pack, they've extended the offer several times in the past. Or ask your midwife for another copy

thanks rachel, i did throw it away when i saw it expired in september, shall i just email them? i was going to ask the mw this week, but she was super cranky and not listening to me (we don't see a regular one) so we just got the hell out of the clinic
