Omg not been on this forum for ages!
I'm having a complete life overhaul started today by chucking out a load of clutter and deep cleaning EVERYTHING! which made me feel so much better so now to tackle the other issue my weight, have just weighed myself now and have hit 12st which really upset me as I didn't think would be that much I usually hover around 11st 7lb so starting tomorrow new diet, start exercising and keep the place clean and tidy!
Not sure how easy it's going to be to fit 30 mins of exercise into morning routine with a very mobile toddler might have to wake up extra early so am done before she wakes up
which I won't like, I love my sleep 
So totally fresh start I best stick to it now!
