Frustrated(long rambled rant)

So DH and I are riding in the car doing errands when we start talking about my upcoming vacation from work. We definitely wanna go somewhere during vacation because it is the week of my predicted fertile days and we want to go somewhere for a few days and be by ourselves(my MIL lives w/ us so privacy is an issue *sigh*). Ovulation came early this month(CD 13) and the last 3 months it has been on anywhere from CD 14-16. Poor DH asked me whyour it came so early. I explained to him the best way I could which is ovulation is very unpredictable. He looked at my previous cycles and noticed how I can be very sporadic. I told him its even frustrating for me too. I told him that just like a period it can come early or late due to outside factors. All we wanna do is plan a quick get-a-way as close to ovulation as possible but he's asking if ovulation came early this month will it be early next month? I told him I don't know. I told him it can be early or late. To give y'all an idea of what we're going thru here's the predicted ovulation days for Oct: FF says 10/5-10/10 with predicted ovulation being 10/8-10. We first plan a get-away for the 7th-9th to get as close as possible to predicted ovulation. But since I've ovulated early this month we're rethinking our thoughts and now are planning our get-a-way say the 5th-7th incase I ovulate early. Talk about frustrations.

Hi remember to bd not only on O day but every other day a week after af, maybe you can talk to mil and tell her if she can leave the house for 30 min or so maybe walk the dog ? I know how stressful it is my sis in law lives in and sometimes I can't stand her because hubby won't have sex with her in house or he says shhh be quite what the... Tell her to leave with her friends shoot as it is ttc is stressful enough and I can't enjoy sex smh annoying.my exception is she's 18 so trying to tell her to get the hell out so I can have some fun making a baby is just weird.

Sperm can live for a few days, so if you go with the little but earlier dates, you could still catch the egg even if you don't actually O until after you return. My OPK test is usually pos a day or so before I actually O, a temp rise about 3 days later.

What kind of get away are you planning? Sounds like a good idea with MIL living with you. Plus, for me, DTD is always better way from home as I'm not thinking about laundry and dishes, etc to destroy the mood!

I've got a vacation coming up I've purportedly planned it during my predicted fertile days in Oct. I told him it would be less stressful for us to get away from our home town and he agrees.We are driving north a few hours to a touristy town and we're renting a hotel room the first 3 nights(we can't afford more or we would stay the entire week) of my vacation which happens to be the first 3 days of my predicted fertile days. I plan on bringing "toys" and preseed and plan on taking EPO. We're just gonna make it the best 3 days.
