I didnt no where to post so thought id post here, My partner went for a medical for his esa (employment and support allowance) on 30 jan this year he received a letter yesterday asking for another sick note so he phones up and gets told he has failed his medical no letter or phonecall to tell him, he scored 0 points baring in mind that he had until further notice sick note of his gp, They say he is not disabled yet he cant do day to day things like make a cuppa go to the toilet by himself getting dressed and the rest the list goes on, He told them he recieves dla (disability living allowance) and if he wasnt disabled why the hell is he receiving that benefit, so now we have to go on to jsa (jobseekers allowance) lets be honest no one is going to employ him he is a liability to be honest, He goes to phisiotherepy 3 days a week and he had his painkillers up again so he is on the high dosage as well as having the injection (cortazone) in his shoulder, We cant appeal against the decision because he scored 0 points, Im furious beyond belief

What did they asses him on? Mymum has to have a physio assessment, and they had her try to do stuff like make tes, go to the loo etc
