So ladies I have had some fun just now!!!!! I just did an investigation on this thread LOL So I have noticed that every cycle my body seems to take to the same rutine Have you guys noticed that cd9-12 my opks are kinda darkish and then they go a bit lighter then really light.... well I noticed that so here is what my investigation found.... I used fertility friend and pulled that dates from my last two negative opks to my first positive so OCT 12the 2010 on pg 121 my opk is negative and I am frustrated over how light it is the on OCT 13th it is darkish enough that we consider it positive (pg130 and 132) then OCT 14th there is no doubt it is BAM positive!!! In November (the month I got my ) it took the same pattern on NOV 10the negative lightly so after had being darkish for the previous days then on Nov 11th BAM positive pg 235!! So why am I doing this investigation lol well because yesterday my opk was so very very light and today it seems to be a bit darker and I want to make a prediction on my body and see if I am right.... I am predicting that in 24-36 hours my opk will be positive or close enough that I would rule it positive and that within 48 hours I will for sure have an obviously positive ovulation test!!..... We shall see if I am right!!! LOL LOL LOL

Was he born early?

Yes at about 36 weeks.....DH and I were And My water broke!! I had ALOT of exta Amniotic fluid. That was one of the reasons I got so many scans. It can turn bad really fast. Like going into preterm labor. he was only 5 10 when he was born. Small little thing

it was scary and funny at the same time, i was like " i think my water just broke" my dh said "i know" then i said " no realllly, i'm pretty sure my water just broke" dh said " no really i know!" lol it was pretty comical. I was induced with my daughter

Aww, we have a cat and three 9 week old kittens, 2 tarantulas (ones my eldest sons) did have a snake but that went, did have a dog but that also had to go got 4 ferrets and lots of fish and water snails lol. A zoo

Mummy, Thanks hun! Turns out I wont be needing it anyhow. Miss mari decided that I needed one and is having one sent to my house!! Who does that?! Mari, I just thought that when you mentioned one was a preemie maybe you just had early babies. I don't think you'll have a preemie if your
later babies weren't early.

Cami, that it totally possible. There is a risk of infection though so I'd be especially aware of that. I have a friend whose water leaked early, she was in the hospital for 6 weeks before her baby was born. It turned out that she had a yeast infection within her uterus. They don't know if the yeast caused the leak or if the leak caused the yeast. I'd just take it all seriously, be careful and do what you can do, accept what you can't. You and your baby will be fine.

Amber, I don't think that you will miss o and your opk looks really close. It's time to get busy because they say it's best the day before your positive opk. On your chart, I didn't mean to make a chart overlay but to change the settings to show this cycle and last cycle, two seperate charts. I don't have the VIP membership either.

Mummylove, keep temping. It doesn't look like you o'd yet as your temps are erratic. Go look at Nikki's chart last cycle. You can see that her temps varied a lot but as her body was thinking about oing her temps leveled out, then she o'd and had higher temps. That's what I'm thinking your chart will do. I would be on the look out for your temps to get more steady then watch for o signs. Is your cycle normally regular? Is this just an off cycle for you?

Andrea, sorry you're having a bad day. Your chart looks right but I see that your post o temps are a little lower this cycle. I don't blame you for continuing to bd if you have any doubt about o. I think your temps are going to continue to rise and you'll feel more sure of o.

Katie, I think it's awesome to look for your patterns and I think you'll be exactly right. At least now you can look for your opks to do this and you'll feel more precise with your timing. That's a good thing.

La ti da, nothing going on here. I could tell you my funny story but I'm tired of being laughed at. My dd told my dh, my ds told my parents, another dd told a group of her friends, then another dd told everyone at church. Then everyone say around laughing at me again this evening and I got upset. I told them it was funny at first but now they're just having fun making fun and it's not funny anymore. They LOVE it when I screw up, no matter how big or small, even if I just say something wrong. Ha ha mom messed up. Now my dh is all grumpy at me because they were just having fun. I'm going to bed and I'm even happy tomorrow is Monday. So there! (stomp

Currently sat in hospital with sebastian.hes got croop he was fine when he went to be and he woke up with an attack of it and couldnt hardly breath poor little man.had to call an ambulance out.called dh and called get hold of him.phoned mil and she rang fil and they came over to look after thomas.what really has anoyed me the mil called dh and he was on his way.get this.from the bloody pub with his mates.how can he be that depressed if hes been drinkin it up in the pub.so angry.the fact is he made out hes had a really rough time and not gettin out because of it and hes with his mates.sooooooo angry.hes at ours lookin after thomas.ive not told him we can leave soon after sebastians been checked out again.so im goin to come in quietly and see what he does.pissed off hes had no time to see boys but seen his mates in a pub.

Hayley I am sorry you are having a tough time with your DH I hope things work out for ya'll and I hope your LO gets better. My LO had croup before and all his doctor did was give him an antibiotic.

This is the second time hes had it.i hate seein him struggle breathin they gave him steriods and a misty stuff to breath in.it makes me sad seeing like that.his whole rib cage cave in on every breath and his little face so scared but hes ok now and fast asleep on the bed.it took him till about 230am tho.poor little man wont be happy when docs come check him in min so we can then go.im just so angry with dh.he knows it too

Aww that's good that your LO is getting better. yea Jayden had it twice too was no fun. Make your DH feel bad for the way he's been acting towards you.
