Nikki, you are very welcome. I enjoy it, seriously. Your chart is looking great, so much better than last cycle, huh? That's got to feel so good. I'm on cd11 too. I was going to ask, am I seeing a hint of a line on your opk? Mine may be a teeny bit darker, barely. It's hard to tell in pics. I keep expecting to see some ferning in your pics soon. I think I'm getting more time for ferning with the microscope and bigger sample. I have majorly full ferning today, big bold ferns as I would expect on o day but I know it's not today. I expect it to decrease and increase again for o day. I'm behind on uploading my ferning pics. I will do another opk before bed. Your camera phone is doing a good job on the pics btw.
Andrea, your chart looks good, I can't believe no more test pics. I'm waiting girlie.
Cami, taping??? Ladders???? I don't like that idea, bit I have to admit I climbed on a roof 9 months pg to clean the windows, 8 1/2 months pg once I was laying on my belly changing the motor on the dryer. Oh, and one time very pg I redid a ceiling in an old Victorian house(one room) it was 10 feet high and I had to stand on the top step of a real ladder, nothing to balance on except to keep one hand on the ceiling. I was so stupid, that's so dangerous. Now I have a cool step ladder that is more like stairs than a ladder, it's my official ladder. Please be careful and a little bit of progress is still progress and over time it adds up. Be careful and I'm glad you're taking time to rest.
Amber, your chart does look amazing, sharp and steady climb. Things to consider with your shedule. With little kids you may have to realize that you can't so much have a strict schedule but more of a routine. There are always going to be things that impose on your schedule, you may have to decide that your schedule is to not have a schedule at all. Really though, first make note of what things have to be done at a certain time. Write 15 minute time slots on a piece of paper. Now write the necessary things down first in the appropriate time frames. It may be that you are not wanting to get started on things because t's hard to stay on task with no really good blocks of time to work. After you marked your need to do things, make 1/2 of the rest of the times your extra things like school and diapers. You may end up with more time if it's a good day but you'll not over book yourself and be disappointed. Again, a little progress is still progress and it adds up. You may want to consider how much time you need to study or sew per day or week. What time do the girls go to bed, what time to you go to bed, make sure you have hubby time all the time too. Some things you may need the babies to be in bed for so you can concentrate, like studying. If so, don't even pick it up until that time slot. It frustrates me to study when the kids are under foot. Sewing though, can you set up your area where they can play too? I have sewn many hours with babies on my lap. They call pins pokies and they know they hurt. They put lots of extra pins in my fabric for me. My ironing board is in my bathroom, I iron my pieces for the next sewing step when they're in the tub. I also clean the bathroom when little ones are in the tub. Set up your work stations for productivity, think about saving time and steps, think about what you can work on where the kids are and with what they need to be doing. Let them help with what they can. My youngest is 2 1/2 and if goes to help put the clothes in the washer, I'll stand there and let him and tidy something in the laundry room. Again there is t a schedule to that but I'm usin my time productively at that moment. If there are things that you have to get done, pick a time and make it your priority for that time, just allow lots of extra time for your everyday interruptions.
Stacey, I'm sorry about your bfn. It's still way early.
Hi mummylove, I'm still watching your chart. How are you feeling? Any o signs yet?
Katie, I think ff is wrong and o was yesterday. You don't really need to do anything with your discarded temp. Can you go through your old charts and get a general temp for your pre o temps, just to have an idea? Your temp is way high today because you were drinking. You can mark drinking on that day in the check boxes. My books say that cm changes to less fertile on o day, that's why we should bd before o. Also your opks make my think yesterday was your most likely day. So I think you are 1 dpo, I would mark drinking and discard today's temp. Also, if you o'd twice it would be within 24 hours if not 12. O starts the progesterone which prevents another o. It's really hard to say what causes o pains exactly, the follicle swelling,or bursting, or just general cramping. It could be before, during or after. Tomorrows temp will tell you more. Does your temp usually jump that much after o? I wouldn't be surprised to see it a little lower tomorrow. Now I'll be watching.
I gotta go opk and decide if we're bding tonight.
Nite.
