Is anyone else excited for season 3?? :happydance:

I love this show, even though I've never been that into fantasy.

I also have a weird thing for Alfie Allen (I know, I KNOW, okay?). He's relatively unknown here in the US, but I understand he's pretty famous in the UK?

I'm debating whether or not to watch S02 again just to remind me of what happened!

I absolutely love it.

Wohoo, glad I'm not the only one! I just started reading again since my daughter is no longer a holy terror and I'm about halfway through the first one. I've heard the second one is really good.

I watched season 1 and 2 over again this summer while I was on maternity leave. I was once feeding my daughter in the middle of the night watching the scene where Theon kills that guy... I hope she doesn't grow up to be a total weirdo!
 
I've read them all (my Ereader on my phone came in handy through many night feeds).

It's the only show that I actually want to watch!

Oh and by the way *shakes fist @ noelle* because it comes out the day before than the UK.

My favourite character is Tyrion. He's brilliant and gets better through the books.

PS had to google Alfie Allen....he's not that famous in the UK I don't think. I don't remember him being in anything else. The most famous ones were Sean Bean (Eddard) and Mark Addy (the King)

I think the best part about this show is the characters - all so complex!

The complexity gets worse throughout the books. By book 5 there's so many characters I found it difficult to work who was who and how they were related with who.
 
Can't wait! Plus I have the biggest girl crush on Daenerys :)
 
Late March here in the US! Can't remember the exact date. I can't wait.
 
Emilia Clarke (the actress who plays Daenerys) is gorgeous in real life as a brunette too.

I am! I'm so glad Natalie Dormer is playing Margaery Tyrell. I loved her in The Tudors and think she's a great actress.
 
Yes, I like her too! I'm curious to see what happens with her and Joffrey.
 
I'm super excited for it to come back!

My OH has watched it since the beginning and I always refused to as I didn't think I'd like it. One day in November last year there was nothing on TV and all of series 1 was on the planner so I watched the first one. Ended up watching the first and second series over the next week lol.

That's what happened to me! I had no interest. Fantasy and violence? No thanks. But once I got hooked that was it.

And my weird thing for Alfie Allen:haha:
