Gas pains...maybe? something else?

I'm 23w6d. Since early afternoon, I've been having what I think to be are fairly rhythmic gas pains. They aren't a certain time apart though. They are only on one side below my bump on the left close to my ovary maybe. I did have some gas earlier but not in awhile.

Does this sound like something to be concerned about like preterm labor or is it most likely gas pains?

I wouldnt think it was Labour. That feels more like intense menstral cramps and a feeling of needing to have a bowel movement. Ive had the same pains in the ovary area too and im sure its just pulling and stretching from the growing uterus.

I've been having this same.thing and when I googled it round ligament pain came up. So until my next appt I'm just going to stick with that lol

Yup, I'm 28 weeks tomorrow and I still get this. I think it's a combination sometimes of round ligament pain and also some trapped gas (I hate it when you get gas trapped in your bum and it makes you jump up like you've just been shot in the bum haha)
