Well done on the breakfast. I had a problem with all carbohyrdates, I couldn't eat anything that had sugar in or with more than 20g of carbs. The breakfasts, i had to have scrambled egg on one piece of toast. I also found that I could actually eat more carbs later in the day than first thing in the morning. Lindseed bread is good, its very Low GI.
