Gender prediction? UPDATED!!

I'm not sure if this picture is good enough for a guess. But I am dying to know boy or girl. We find out on November 27 with our gender reveal cake. It is so darn hard to not look at the card the doctor wrote for the baker. Knowing it is there is driving me crazy. Hence my asking for guesses. Just trying to stop myself from peeking.
