Gender unusual angle?

I had my 20 week scan yesterday and while measuring the femur I couldn't see any obvious boy bits so I thought maybe girl but when the sonographer showed us the gender she didn't use the usual between the legs shot but the baby facing the screen and just looking at the bits that way. She pointed out 3 white dots and said it was a boy. It really wasn't obvious like the usual potty shots though so I'm worried about buying blue.

Has anyone had the gender told to them from that angle?
