Get Preggo..without the "tools

Just curious if anyone ever got pregnant with just BDING??? My hubby and I decided we arent going to temp, opks, or anything like that, just bd and if it happens it happens. Now this is going to be sooooo hard for me...

I just hope that we will bd everyday to increase my chances!

Has anyone ever been sucessful with this ....

My DH and I got pregnant with just BD. I don't even know how to temp, nor am I interested in it. I figure that it should be something as natural as possible (unless it's not working naturally, of course). Lots of good old fashioned BD at least every other day and you'd think the sperm would eventually meet the egg!

I've never been pregnant so I can't answer your question. lol And I use "tools" are more specifically opk's and pre-seed. I don't temp or chart b/c it's just confusing to me.

i have actully got pg on my wedding night when i was 18 with my son , i had half strawberry daqury and went home did the deed , lol, and found out i was pg and with my twin girls we tried for months on clomid well the month we said we have had enough if it happens it happens, i got pg with identicle twin girls, best luck hun... its deftly possible

Absolutely possible! How do you think our parents did it? Good old fashioned BDing. Good luck to you, I'm keeping my 'tools' though, they make me feel like I'm in control.

i know i totally agree about keeping the tools! but hubby doesnt want that....i can still check cm, and ovulation calendar..hehe

yeah all i do is check cm at the mo and keep tabs on it that way...i want to try and delay the rest of the tools as long as poss cos i can get a little obsessive about things i really want! lol...do they do help groups for poas????

Its certainly possibly, theres plenty of people out there that don't ever try and fall pregnant, so it does happen!
I sometimes think the more we fuss and stress over it the longer it can take as "knowing you've done everything right" so to speak then leads to extra wondering why it hasn't happened etc.

I don't chart or check cm or cp, i occasionally use pre-seed and its only now that i am seeing the fertility specialist that i have started using opk's. That was on his advice and if i am honest, its driving me even more crazy than before! Since i got my positive, i am wondering even more and now know more than ever how imsane the 2 week wait is!!!!

I dont plan to use any 'tools' just yet! Dont want to stress about it, so I figure bd'ing everyother day is bound to work eventually...fx!!

However I'm sure that if I'm not pg in 6 months my opinions will change and I'll use every type of 'tool' in the metaphorical box!! lol

All my 3 were conceived without 'tool' and while using contraceptive pills (obviously not very well tho lol)

I'm only using 'tools' (opks, charting) now mainly coz I like to know whats going on with my cycle coz ive been on the pill for years and never really had a proper cycle without them, and because with 3 kids, we dont have the time or energy to bd enough to just leave it to chance

I will be starting Cycle 4 if arrives at the weekend. Up until now, I have used mymonthly cycle and we have every day on the days they suggested, but that has been it. I will get some opks for next month just so I know I am not missing on any days that I am fertile, and see what happens.

With my first pregnancy I had no idea about anything and don't even think we that much and I still conceived after two cycles at the age of 30 so yes it most definitely does happen

It seems so completely mad to me now that it happened so easily when I didn't have a clue how small the fertile window is. I wish I could return to that blissfully ignorant state as now my life is ruled by important dates, imaginary twinges and endless symptoms I'm sure I never had before TTC

All my 3 children were miracles conceived with no 'tools'! The first 2 I was on the pill, and the youngest, my OH was away a lot for work and we only bd one time, with a condom!! after 5 or 6 months of trying or what ever it is now... I'm wondering if I should just go back on the pill AND use condoms to get pregnant instead lmao!!!

both my boys were concieved au naturale! i had no idea whatsoever that you could only get preg at a certain time of the month.... i thought u cud get preg at ANY time...including when your on ur priod.... .... thats what they teach u in sex ed isn't it!?! i used to do random testing throughout the months i was trying....i was aware that you shud test the day after your missed period.... but thought it prob wouldn't make much difference HA!

i concieved my first Jack, in 6 mnths and my second Duncan in 3 mnths! so it is very very very possible! lol

May i just add... hahaha the question gab asked about just plain old bding... is proof that is is posible as she is now 9wks 3days pregnant after 'not using the tools' hehehehe xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Its also possible considering she had 2 kids before, most people arent that lucky!
