getting a 'themed' photo of LO in signature..???

Just wondering how do you get in your signature area a picture themed thing of your LO?

I've seen a few commented signatures now with their LO and it's got a bordered photo around their LO e.g. tigger or balloons and their name etc.

just wondering what site do you get them from?

You have to join their site (make a username, etc.) & then there's a section where you can request a design. Just post on that section describing exactly what you want & post some pictures of your LO so they can use them for the siggy. Mine was done in about a week, but when it gets done depends on how many requests they already have.
