So some back story. I am 23 and have had high blood pressure for the last 3 years, and had preeclampsia pretty severe when I was pregnant with my son. I am currently on medications for my blood pressure that I have been told I will no longer be able to take once I am pregnant.

My doctor wants me to try to lose weight, but I think I might already be pregnant. My normal course of action would be to do a juice cleanse then go on a diet, but that is not recommended if you are pregnant either.

What are some ways I can get fit if it turns out I am pregnant? Are there any foods that naturally help lower blood pressure that might help me in the mean time?

TIA

I'm not sure about foods that reduce blood pressure but the 21 day fix is approved for use while pregnant. It is very balanced so you get everything you need and get a ton of food (seriously, never hungry). I would go with a light exercise routine too such as walking or biking.

Sorry, not much help! Good Luck!!
