Leo is a week short of 3 months and it's amazing how much changes in such a short space of time. Leo also seems to have had a developmental leap here recently. He's squealing and smiling and making all kinds of happy sounds. He even laughed a little yesterday. Won't be long until he's laughing on a regular basis! I can't wait to see him learn to crawl, walk, talk, play, and all the amazing things babies do!

I agree! I got my first giggle yesterday and it'd awesome!
I was a bit sad because he's starting to lose his froggy legs but I'm also looks good forward to all the upcoming milestones!

It's great isn't it. doug can crawl now and life is getting way more fun. I prefer it now that he can enjoy our activities a bit. We sometimes go to a local playgroup and it's great now he can get some simulation and new experiences from it. I wonder if life will get harder once he walks etc but for now it only gets easier because they can both enjoy something and I don't have to worry about where I can sit and hold a feeding/sleeping newborn whilst Joni plays safely. X

Its amazing to see...but also scary how quickly things change. Emilia is 3 now and seems so grown up...Sienna is 10 months and is now starting to walk, is starting to use proper words and just seems to be losing her babyness. I wish I could keep them both so small and innocent forever lol xx

Its amazing how much they grow and develop in the first year! I look at Hannah and cant believe how big she has gotten so fast! She sits in her highchair and eats her food (with her hands!) and drinks from her sippy cup, just like a big girl and it seems impossible that she was a helpless little newborn just a matter of months ago.

My second and last is nearly 3 months too and i dont want him to grow up too quick. Already miss the early days. Mind you he is 97th percentile for height and weight so never been a small boy but every time i look at him he seems bigger....

I cannot wait for smiles and giggles and movement. I'm not one for the newborn stage! My 4 year old is a little lady now and I love it! Xx

I absolutely adore the 3 month(ish) age onwards. They are just so rewarding with their smiles, giggles, grabbing at things and rolling around. They turn from little hungry grubs to omg this is a small person!

My LO is 3 months old as well and I am just loving this stage. The way she lights up when she sees me, her coos and smiles. She's laughed twice now and it's the most beautiful sound. <3

Out of curiosity, how many times are your 3 month old feeding at night?

My goes 7-7 with a feed somewhere between 2-4. My first slept 7-7 at 10 weeks so guess i was a bit spoilt then ☺
