Getting past being scared - bad family experience of labour

i understand that you must be very traumatised by this but remember that what happened to your sister is very rare. i think if we all read about what can happen during labour then none of us would be having babies. lol the is absolutely no reason you won't have a good birth with a healthy baby. the midwives and doctors know about your concerns and will be extra vidulent i'm sure. best f luck xxx

Hi hun, I decided that people in labour and birth are probs in there because they're worried about labour - probably best not to have a bad birth story in here x I was just having a wobble earlier on x
