getting slight pain 32 weeks any help

All day on and off ive been getting slight crampy pain which has been bit sore(more like the pain you get when u start your period ) and my back be sore aswell.it lasted not long bt going away and then back again.ive not had anymore since 6-7pm.phoned my sister and she said that happend to her when she had my eldest nephew it just everything getting ready and she had cramps all through until she had josh.iam not panicking i know it happen when it happend though hope not the now as iam only 32 weeks also very tearful today aswell

not very strong just like i said crampy pain bottom of my bump and back sore

I've been getting very mild period like cramps too. I thought it was normal.

It could be your pelvis stretching. Take paracetamol and a warm bath and if it continues and ur worried give your mw a call. Thats what they are there for xxx

I'd say it is normal. I've had this happening recently, too. My cramps fade off after about 10 minutes. Sometimes they return, sometimes they don't.
