Girl parts?

Hi everyone, I had a sneak peak today at my doctor's office. The tech said it was a girl, but I never saw 3 lines - only the absence of something dangling. She also rushed but this is the pic I got. I want to know what I'm having obviously but I can't be confident in this pic!

not zoomed in enough and the white blotches are definitely not detailed..hopefully at next scan they will take time.... I will say my twin boys had definite winkies at 12-13 week scan (well the one that showed his winkie lol) but that pic is hard to tell at all.... good luck though!
