Does the roxy dress come up small? Poppy is really tall and it looks like it might be on the small side but the pic might be deceiving?

Its quite slim fitting but its got adjustible straps on so should be okay lengthwise with a top underneath. My DD wore it with tights or leggings on too as she's tall in the body
