We likes my mums name Caroline but wanted just carrie but spelt carey

I think it's pronounced Care-y but we like it Car-ey instead. x

IMO, Carey is pronounced care-ee, as in "to care".
IMO, Carrie is prounced ca-ree, as in "to carry something".
