Life has been hectic as of late with everything thats going on. With Christmas so close and our own personal dramas we're not having all the spare time we'd like.

So I thought I'd start a little update thread.

Let everyone know where you are in the cycle and how you're feeling about the current or upcoming cycle. Anyone trying anything new this cycle?

I'm currently about 18 or 19dpo.
I'm waiting for AF to arrive, and as per usual she's late.
I didn't O this cycle, and i'm waiting for AF so I can begin
our second try of clomid - Round 1 brought a successful BFP
but sadly with m/c. So this round seems more exciting as I know
we are in with a chance. So I'm very frustrated that AF hasn't shown
yet! :hissy:

I'm in the middle of my first - and hopefully successful - cycle of IVF. I'm due to go for my first scan tomorrow morning to make sure that the Suprefact (down regulating drug) has quietened my body and then I can start stimulating.

Yippee - two injections a morning and I can't wait. I never thought I'd be excited about stabbing myself with needles on a daily basis ...

Good luck to everyone here - let's show those TTC ones how it's really done!!!

Best of luck to both of you girls :hugs:

As for me, i'm waiting on AF. Currently on CD24 so AF is due anytime from now. But its only my 2nd cycle after my last lap so could be late.

Once AF comes, we will be doing a FET (frozen embryo transfer) cycle. So basically scans and bloods and progesterone pessaries. Once I O, we go to Sydney 5 days later for a transfer. Pretty nervewracking because there is a chance our embie won't survive the thaw, but we have to make the 9 hour drive to find out as it is a hatching blastocyst, they can't thaw it any earlier than 10mins before transfer.

I hope this is the one for us. If not, then I have to decided when I will be prepared to put myself through another stim cycle. I'm thinking around Feb next year.

Good luck everyone :):hugs:

This month I think *think* lol that I ovulated on saturday so now like the last 15 months I'm waiting until I can test to get a BFN lol silly me! I tried egg whites and asprin this month aswell.

Then next month

I will be going to my new GP and demanding something gets done, 15 months will no help from GP , no referrals nothing. I'm going to get hyponotherapy to help me with me phobia of hospitals/needles etc lol so if needs must I can have IVF. And generally be a bit more positive. :happydance: This is a pro active month!

xxx

Great idea NeyNey. Good luck to everyone.

I'm on CD16 and got a peak on my CBFM this morning :happydance:. I don't ovulate every month. We are just waiting now to get our 1st appointment at the IVF clinic.

lovely idea NeyNey, and I'm sorry to hear of your mc xxx

Im on cd22, af due cd27/28 temps are high, had a dip at 4dpo with pink cm, but im convinced I actually ovulated cd12 therefore the dip was at 6dpo.

If I dont get my BFP this month I'm going to throw the biggest hissy fit ever!!!!

xxgood luck chickens xx

Smashing idea....

I'm CD10 at the moment so will be ovulating anytime in between now and CD19 if last month's effort is to go by! I really wanted a month of TTC but DH is convinced we can do it 'au naturale' as he put it last night... so we will still be TTC this month.

FS appt next week - one step closer to starting ICSI. Kinda mixed feelings at the moment :hugs:

I'n on my 4th and last round of clomid currently in the TWW on CD26 believed I o'd around 4th or 5th so I have my fingers crossed the last clomid cycle is the lucky one! I am back seeing the fertility consultant on the 19th November and will find out if its BFN or BFP on the same day.

Good luck to everyone who has appointments coming up.

I'm currently on CD11, and think that I'm about to ovulate. I've had some EWCM today, and I'm getting ovulation pains. CBFM was showing as high this morning, so I'm hoping to get a PEAK tomorrow.

This is the last cycle that we can TTC naturally before I have my lap & dye on Dec 3rd.

Fingers crossed for everyone

Hi everyone :hugs: to you all sorry I have not been arroung so much latley we will be now waiting till aroung march 09 for our second try ICSI (to many babies due around us will be hard enough without a possible other fail) Good luck girls.

xxxx

Hi, I'm on CD 17 and have no idea if I ov this cycle-had some funny twinges so could have. I'm gonna be having a lap op at the end of the month to see if they can see what's going on(if anything) then if nothing gonna start IUI.

So, good luck to all you ladies who are on clomid, IUI, IVF etc and baby dust to all

XXX

Fab idea neyney :hugs:

I'm CD18 today and the CBFM is still reading LOW ... no sign of ewcm so I guess I'm not Oing this cycle :hissy:
I have more 21 day bloods at the end of the week and DF has his SA at the end of the month.
I had a weird bleed on Saturday .. proper flow but it only lasted 12 hours ... so I have NO idea what my body is doing or why, but it's clear that its not playing ball at all.

Having a pretty crap month to be honest, just feeling really down about it all ... I was sifting through last years xmas cards and found DF's to me ... with a little note at the bottom saying how excited he was about the prospect of us having our own LO to share 'next' Christmas with .... so I'm just feeling rather gutted about life in general

I guess the next step will be clomid ......

Sorry not a very cheery post from me

Good luck girls!!!

i am on cycle 13 ...and CD16 today...i believe i did ovulate sometimes on sunday (spotting in the evening...) anyway tomorrow i am meeting with my new doctor since i got a new insurrance i can start the blood tests etc...

AF should be here anywhere from Nov 20 to NOv 23...

Hi All,

I'm a newbie and hoping I can join you guys in this...ttc since March 2007 - after some tests the docs think I have PCO...not any symptoms for the syndrome though...

I'm on CD12 - on first round of Clomid and went for my follicle tracking scan today - 2 good sized follicles: 17 and 20 so fingers crossed

Babydust to alll!! xx

Hi

I think I have completed all the tests the NHS can throw at me (bloods, lap and dye and hysteroscopy plus ultrasound on cd 14 and cd 21 to check ovulating and to check uterus lining and DH has had two normal SA's and one more detailed one) and everything came back OK - so currently 'unexplained' as to why no BFP. Have appointment at the fertility clinic on Thursday to go over next steps and hoping we can discuss IUI or IVF for the new year.

Good luck and :hug:to everyone.

Bx x x:hugs::hugs:

I am on CD 10, round of Clomid just finished. I am sick with a really nasty cold/flu and so we didn't BD last night like we were supposed to, but, today we will. I start Prometrium on CD 16.

Currently on CD26, second cycle of Clomid. I already know that on 100mg it has not worked, just like it did not work on 50mg so I am now just waiting for AF to arrive (which, going on cramps should be tomorrow or the next day) so that I can try again.

Third time lucky? For God's sake, I haven't even ovulated, yet.

I can't really be positive since I have not ovulated so i just want things over with, now.

I'm on CD19 and no sign of ovulation (again!)
OH is due to do his second SA next week and I have blood tests booked for the next 3 Thursdays (CD21, CD 28 and 35) and we're back for our second FS appointment in January

Second round of IUI with injections. On 12DPO and still BFN. We will be doing one more IUI before moving on to IVF.

Me and the DH have been TTC for 16 months now and never even had the scare of a BFP, let alone had one!
Not sure where i am currently in my cycle. I'm guessing AF will come in next couple of days, but my body has been all over the place the last few cycles, so who knows?! I've actually given up on tracking it now!
We've been stoicly adamant for a while now that we can do this the natural way, with no medical intervention, but are becoming less stoic by the day now, so are planning on a full "dr / tests / heeeeelllppp us" assault in the very near future! Am sad to be accepting i need medical help as i soooooo did not want to have to go down this path.... BUT...there's only so long one can maintain a stiff upper lip for and i think i've been keeping mine stiff for long enough now!
