how long did it take for your skin to clear after you started the diet? not gonna lie this is so hard, and i have made a few mistakes so far. its easy for me to make them because i dont have stomach issues when i eat gluten, only the skin condition (we think this is what is causing it anyway) BUT i am LOVING quinoa pasta! nom nom nom!
