I just can't help it 
I can actually sit there for hours gnawing my fingers. I've looked it up on the internet but can only find biting nails...
This is my actual finger, my 2 index fingers and my 2 little fingers, i bite them that hard that I have actually deformed my fingers. Whe one gets too sore, i start on another.
My OH goes mad if he sees me doing it, but when hes not here, I am actually biting on them all day long
Does anybody have a clue what i can try?? xx
