Going mad? Vasectomy, period. Help...

Ok so,
I have two lovely kiddos, we decided after two traumatic births we would stop there. My dh had a vasectomy 12 months ago.
Recently I've been feeling really broody, and I had a sore left boob (don't ask, weird preggo sign). So I took a test on a whim, and... well am I seeing things?! I swear I see a faint line...
I had a period 10 days ago though! It couldn't be though, could it?
Will retest tomorrow morning.
