Thank you all, I'm still at the ER but just got done with ultrasound... Baby measuring 6 weeks 4 days with a strong heartbeat.. putting my due date at December 30th : ) I didn't get to see anything because it's just the ER but that's okay I'm just happy to know everything looks good! They said the pain is probably the corpus luteum in addition to my ovarian cyst..

Now I just hope I don't catch what this poor lady in the room next to me has... sounds horrible

Very true! They thought it was weird that I didn't have the cramping when pregnant with my son or my first pregnancy since it's more common then but oh well, so long as it's normal! This pregnancy has been much more uncomfortable so far, I hope it's just first tri!
